I made my first vision board at the start of this year and I love the energy it brings! I like to use photos I've taken myself (somewhat like a scrapbook) to remind me of blessings from the past and what I hope to see/do more of!
You’ve inspired me to revisit my own vision board! As I read, I realized that I last really put stuff on it in 2021, so I’m right at the three year mark. I’m in the cusp of what feels like a new chapter in my life and this feels like a good time to dream. Thank you for the encouragement 🥰✨
“Without knowing it self limiting beliefs inform some of your choices and in a 3 year vision board all that is bypassed. It’s almost like you can throw anything up there because in the 3 year container anything (and more) is possible…”
I love the thought of a 3 year vision board. I’ve never thought of having a particular timeline like that but I like it. I really, really like the idea of what can come up. I’m going to sit with this and see what comes to mind. Let’s call it “36 Months of Magic” ✨💛
Oh yes, I’m so ready for this! My current vision board is ‘complete’ and I so need to be in a held space to get my next one created - I’ve got a few inklings of what might be on a 3 year board, although it feels really stretchy to think so far ahead…!
I love the metaphor of sowing seeds. It acknowledges that whilst we do a lot of the work that not everything about our work is in our control. Seeds have a life of their own!
Oh gosh, feel your pain in the dishwasher, it’s always housework things that break me most, usually our crap vac!! Secondly I use vision boards for me and in my work too, we need to set up that discussion on this as so much has come true! But I really like how you think longer term in yours, I suppose I do that in my passion planner but not on my board so you’ve got me thinking! 🙂❤️
I had exactly the same with my new dishwasher but then whilst searching for smaller plates I thought surely dishwashers must be pretty standard and smaller plates didn’t exist! After reading the manual and a few tweaks, can’t remember what, I changed the rack height and voila!
IMPORTANTLY - I find it helps quiet imposter syndrome and comparison because if I’m focussed on my own vision it really doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing/ achieving/ advertising. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So fun and exciting to see your special vision boards Claire. Thanks for sharing them 🫶🏻
Well I now have a board and it's on the wall!

I love vision boards! (And delivering vision board workshops!)

Check that the shelves in your dishwasher aren’t adjustable, the top deck may well go up!
I had the opposite issue once with not being able to fit my glasses in the top, only to find out I could move the shelf. 🤞🤞🤞
