Yes leaning into the process of curating a book was so brilliant and honestly I didn’t mention it here but my first ebook was literally designed in word. I commissioned a front cover by an artist and made it a pdf in 2020. Look how much tech has moved on… so much is possible. Elin Petronella wrote about how many words we actually write on substack a few months back and I couldn’t believe it. Then when I was lifting stuff from here for the book I realised how many words we write without even knowing. My memoir is stuck at 10k words but I think it’s either as far as it’s going or I will revisit it next year/ year after - it’s too hard to write right now. 💕✨💕
I am in SoulCircle! Are you? I'm using that as a source of inspiration and a big push. It's wonderful but a tad intimidating also (in a good way I think!?) !
It is incredible, it's the little and often approach isn't it.
A memoir would be such an amazing project ... I think how precious to be able to put that together, for you, for your family (and girls!) and for others too.

Yes I’m in. You know when I did Mothership Writers everyone was southern and so articulate and intelligent and I was the ONLY one with a northern accent. Everytime I had to speak I felt like vada from My Girl when she does poetry summer school. That was in 2020 and now I’m like oh here are my words guys! It’s wild what showing up does for your confidence and craft. I LOVE Beth so much. ✨💫
It looks like you have a lot of posts on your stack. You could probably compile a bunch of them into a book. Then, you will have a book and the next one is easier. There is a whole chapter about it in the book in fact

Maybe using some of the posts as chapter ideas and digging into the ideas, philosophy and concepts more, giving them space to be explored more fully. Congratulations on the book too! I'm in awe ✨👏

Oh, no! Please don't wake him, and don't ruin your Sunday. I only wanted to know if I needed to download a different reader. But if it's a downloadable ebook, it'll work on Apple Books. I've also subscribed to Sparkle Summit. Great and exciting summer is coming up 🥳
It will be available on Amazon eventually, probably. The only thing I can say for sure is that it is available on Kickstarter, and you should buy it there if you want it. You will receive an epub you can add to your kindle. I will not commit to any other distribution timeline than that. My last Kindle release took years for me to release it there.
