I know this wasn't the point of the post but that bath is beautiful ❤️
And in terms of saying no I learnt this tip from Tim Ferriss: don't say yes to something you don't want to do today expecting you'll magically want to do it tomorrow.
Oh I love that guy! The bath was TOTALLY part of it. It was on the vision board then in my house. A whole body YES! We actually designed the bathroom around it and made sure we had an open fire too. 🥰
This was definitely one reason I gave up my 10 hours a week job at the end of last year. It wasn’t ever going to pay the bills and it caused me a lot of distress. The constant living of other people’s grief (I worked for a grief charity who are awesome, just all about grief) was keeping me down in my own grief. Now I’m following a more natural and creative path - I hope it will pay the bills, but it’s already lightened my load considerably.
Yes I totally understand. Good for you Bronwen! Here’s to the next chapter.
We have to be so careful how much energy we drain doing things. This was a super high energy job and lots of dynamics, it would have been easier to sell clothes on eBay or something?!
Learning to say no is one of the hardest things to do but also one of the most underrated tools in managing your ability to focus in on key goals and keeping your sanity! 👏

It's my dream to have a bath like that one day 😭 but in our tiny house we just couldn't make it work, believe me I've tried 🤣
I'm inspired to keep a record of how long all the tasks for my business take, thank you!
It’s so so insightful! ✨ let me know how you get on?
