We don't always remember everything, but we will never forget how we feel...I am also interested to explore what friendship forged online could mean....
What a beautiful story. In ten of my years working in the schools, I worked in special education and worked with students who had Down syndrome. Every once in a while, I think about a particular student and wonder how she's doing. They are certainly special people.
Ah same! We took a theatre show into a conference for children with Down’s syndrome and it was the most magical day. Glad this piece reminded you of your special memories Michelle! ✨✨✨🪡
You threw me with the title - what a beautiful and unexpected story to read about your partner's brother. It always amazes me how life (conception) and death (of Michael) can coexist. And how much you have learnt and reflected on in this time of writing on Substack. You are inspiring Clare - thank you.
Aw thanks Carly Rose! I actually forgot I’d scheduled this one for my August break and got a slight shock it was out in the world 🗺️ it took me a while to write. ✨🙏
Claire, what a wonderful piece to share with all of us! Your desire to connect and forge creative relationships shines through in everything you do. I feel so fortunate to get to know you in this light. Thanks for being such a real human in so many ways.

This is just gorgeous. Wonderful reflections and expressions of love for life, for lives lived, for those unknown yet deeply known. Beautiful ❤️
Thanks Emma! Was thinking of you when I wrote it. ✨🙏

Sometimes scheduled posts are such a blessing in that way! I found I get to let go of my writing and not over edit or worry about x
That’s it! If I’d have remembered I would have definitely edited it slightly.

I totally forgot I’d written this before summer - and now look! ✨🤩✨
