Thanks petal! This is the first one I’ve mailed out so it’s been really nice for people to connect. 💫⭕️💕✨🌚

Sounds like it's been quite a tough time, sending you strength to get through it. I know quite a few people who have had very severe chronic fatigue and they were told it would only get worse or that they wouldn't ever recover, but they all have recovered and feel healthy and well and full of energy again. So there is definitely hope 💛

Oh gosh really? Was that post covid? My husband has been so poorly and with a new born (now toddler) in the mix it’s been quite the up level! We are making progress and have learnt a lot that’s for sure. Thanks for being here. 💕✨💫

I listened this morning and really enjoyed the chat, and now I can't remember anything I wanted to reply. But thank you for sharing. We're also in the dance of figuring out chronic illness and food sensitivities and how it's all intertwined. It's exhausting. Oh, it's coming back to me. I'm so glad you were able to pivot your son's swimming lessons! That feels like a real victory. I think your original post about that is one we began connecting on because I was sharing my own sensory experience of water. Also, the snowdrops are just magic. ✨ How's that for a meandering response?

Oh how beautiful!! Thanks Sarah. Yes it did feel like a victory in lots of ways - the teachers are amazing with him but the system just hasn’t caught up. I loved watching him grow in confidence in the pool. Urgh the diet/ meals stuff is HARD but worth it.✨💜💕

Ah thanks so much Sarah! I feel tired today... the tulip shoots and the velvetiser are giving me life! ☕️ 🌷✨

It's so nice to hear your voice -- I enjoyed that catch up. Maybe I'll try that on my Substack with updates about the novel I'm working on. I tend to dislike the sound of my voice when I do interviews; I was joking in my head that I need your accent to pull off one of these podcast listens. Do you find that your readers respond to them?

I’m laughing because I find it SO exposing to chat to the internet!! However... I’ve found it really makes all the showing up in other online and in real life spaces more relatable.

It’s all the opposites isn’t it - I’m confident but I get vulnerability hang overs. I can show up but only on my terms...

I feel like being experimental here on Substack is VERY much encouraged! It’s such a creative space to explore?

In terms of my voice - following others with regional (northern) accents I connect to where connection kindles can really live as a living breathing exchange between creator and audience/ participant?!

I’ve not sent one of these to my list yet (just been publishing without emailing them) so people just stumble across them on the app so I’ll tell you in a couple of days!! ✨💫✨
